Should people sometimes do things that they do not enjoy doing?

    Some people think that life is really short. Why don't we choose the happy things to do and ignore the unhappy things. We should do something we really like to satisfy our life and avoid doing things we don't like. But faced with the reality, not everything in the world satisfy our expectations and not everything is smoothy. So, from my perspective, sometimes people should do something they don't really like.

      First, in order to earn a living, people may be choose some jobs they don't actually like but can make money. We can't choose what we want through our wishes. My friend Serena whose major is biochemistry in university. After graduation, she found it is really hard to find a job. So, she has to do something that don't relate to her major. She was finally forced to change her career and she finally chose accounting. Kind of job not related about her major in the university. One day, i hang out with Serena, i asked her about whether she like the job or not. She told me actually she didn’t like it but she tried to like it and it worked. She also tells me the attitude people toward life is really important.

        Second, with the purpose of maintaining health, people may choose have a diet. In the past, they might enjoy eating many kinds of foods which are high in sugar and fat, however, in order to lose weight, they have no other choice but to eat healthy including the fruit and vegetables. Take me for example, i really don't like the gym and hate every sports. But i have to keep my fit, i just force me to run, to do some sports. We always stick dong something is not because we like doing it but for kind of purpose we want to achieve. Also, my friend Jerry tells me that he can make a company with me to run together, so i really feel happy and motivate to work out. We make an appointment from every Monday to Thursday. Just running around the campus. Running is really beneficial to our health even i don’t like running. Sometimes we have to force us to do the right thing to make us better pursuit the life.
