Studies show that by being specific and punctual about the tasks which we have previously set aids in detecting and seizing the opportunities at the very moment, increasing your chances of success by roughly 300 percent.

If-then planning,

#3 “Know Exactly How Far You Have Left to Go”

This topic lays stress upon the fact of self-assessment, which means by evaluating yourself on how far have you come and what have you achieved, in an honest and regular manner. This can also be achieved by the help of others, who on daily basis look at you (family, friends etc.). If you don’t know how well you are doing, you can’t adjust your behavior or your strategies accordingly.
