Ubisoft Entertainment is a France-based computer game developer, publisher and distributor. The company’s games attract audiences of all age groups. The main consumer group divided into professional players and amateurs.
As of March 31, 2010, the Company's subsidiaries were located in 28 countries, such as France, Spain, the United States and China. The Company's distribution network covers more than 55 countries around the world. (Ubisoft, 2010)
