        Verify your upperclassmen in this room. Could you say that they are good leaders? Or do you think you are better than them? Do you have any idea what kind leaders our country needs?      

Need Step

        Ladies and gentlemen, today is the perfect time for us to strengthen our commitment in our chosen profession and develop more sense of responsibility for others. And if you wanted to be called a true leader then you can start now through listening to what I say.

Satisfaction Step

        At the time we enter this prestigious institution we have given the opportunity to awaken and enhance the leaders within us. In all the things that we do we are encourage to apply our leadership skills through leading first ourselves and influence others with our deeds. But what was happening to us this time? The essence of leadership is diminishing. When our group has a task to do we tend to sleep and depend on others. When we got reported for a certain violation we lack the courage to face and admit it. But, if we are expecting something that could benefits us we can even find ourselves in the front line.  Does your commitment for the country genuine? Or you’re just a hypocrite? As a leader we must practice more ourselves in developing good leadership skills, just like perfecting an idea or delivering on a project.  Without an investment of time, only few will have the skills to become the great leaders. As a good leader we must be confident in doing everything. We must have the enthusiasm in leading others and show courage in facing all the consequence, blaming no one despite of its negative effects and communicate with others to arrive for a better result. But how could we achieve such leadership if we do not humble ourselves and accept all failures that might come to us? How can we consider ourselves a leader if we can’t understand others? It’s our character that matter most as we endeavor this world of leadership. You already are leaders; you just have to think deeper of the responsibilities of a true leader.
