First of all, the word health means the physical condition of the mind and body, and the means of eating healthy, good nutrition, and exercising daily. To maintain a good healthy status, you must exercise daily and eat more nutritional meals everyday. A person should start focusing on their health everyday of their lives because it is really important that we are healthy all of the time. Usually people begin taking notice of their health when they are either gaining or losing weight and when doctors start reminding them that to always be healthy you must keep track of what you eat and work with everyday. A healthy person usually is physically active, always eating healthy, and exercises at least thirty minutes everyday. When you're healthy everyday, you usually feel happy, strong, and excited for anything.

In my opinion, I am somewhat healthy because I am not at a healthy weight and I'm not always active. Sometimes during the day, I am usually active, but by the end of the day I start feeling lazy and I want to just sit around to watch the television. Other than that, my mom and I try to go to the gym everyday to be physically active to keep up good health. A typical day of eating for me is usually two meals, and four small snacks, but I also exercise at the gym one to two hours everyday. Some food choices I make are eating yogurt, junk food, and finishing food leftover even if I am already full.

The percentage of the day I spend sleeping is ten percent, sitting is fifty-five percent, eating is twenty percent, and physical activity is fifteen percent. If I were to do this differently, I know would try exercising more, drinking a lot more water, eating healthier, and staying away from junk/fast food. Some health issues in my family that I may be susceptible to are obesity, diabetes, high blood sugar (hyperglycemia), and high blood pressure.
