Social is more and more developed , so people need more increasing demand for life . Therefore , people worked harder to earn money for their life . However , when they worked harder , it means that much pressures . So , modern work patterns are a source of stress .
Nowadays , the economy is more and more developed . Employees are often put under pressure to achieve high standards of efficiency and productivity . Even the ability to work under pressure becomes a standard employers require for a job . Modern work patterns are highly competitive . To achieve goals , workers have to try all their ability and spend most of their time to work . As a result , they don't care about their life , health . Gradually , workers decline in their work . It also makes a bad effect to their health . It's absolutely not good . The second problem is work place . To imagine , if an office looks like a dump on the inside like beaten up furniture ….. The staff is not going to be happy .
To solve this problems , in my opinion , creating a suitable schedule for your work is the best solutions . Time management is a very important skill , it help us save time and use time is useful . Besides that , creating a comfortable environment at work which is also important . It help staff feel comfortable when they work .
