Modern work patterns are becoming the concern of more and more people.This also means that they are stressed from it. It is the reason why causes some problems about workload, competition. An efficient mode of management can deal with these problems.
Firstly, modern work patterns are highly competitive.Workers have to compete with each other in talent, idea to achieve goals, or a greater position. They must effort relentlessly, spend almost all of their time and ability without rest. Besides, they are always set goals, high demanding for themselves at work. Therefore, this will lead to a stressful work environment and they are put under pressure of efficiency and productivity. There aren't any issues that don't have solutions. In order to solve this issue, they should release prejudices, disagreements and encourage each other to improve limitations, mistakes, develop, and survive in the competitive world. In addition, they need to cooperate together in the workplace in a most productive and joyful way.
Secondly, heavy workload is always an insolvable problem for employees.Increased workload, extremely lond work hours and intensive pressure to keep pace with progress of the work can cause stress about physical and mental.As a result, so as to overcome this issue, companies should encourage employees to use their families or for picnics. Moreover, companies ought to commend and reward the innovations, efforts of workers. This will help them extra motivation to continue work efficiently and increase productivity, profits.
To sum up, stress is unavoidable in modern work patterns today.However, effective management practises can play an essential role in coping with stress.
