Introduction
Masters prepared nurses are in demand. According to American Association college of nursing, Masters prepared nurses obtain higher level of learning as well as key competencies and skill. The goal is to achieve positive patient satisfaction which leads to a improved health care system. The purpose of this interview of an Masters prepared nurse to seek a new knowledge about role much desired by a interview. Taking real role information from practicing master prepared nurse, will help learner develop a new understanding of opportunities, carrier advancement and practice of someone in present role. The goal is to identify interviewer current perception of MSN role and develop new understanding of MSN in practice applying her advanced education, knowledge and competencies in present position.

My interviewee has obtained masters in nursing administration and leadership and currently employed as asistent manager in oncology department of BaylorScott and White Health care system.The reason I selected her, is she influenced me to enter master’s programme by helping me to find leadership quality within me and as person she is well talented leader, person with humility and and maintain integrity. She always encourage other fellow people with positive attitude.
`My interviewee started her career path in health care as patient care tech, while she was doing her associate degree in nursing. As new graduate her first job as RN in in acute care inpatient oncology unit. .After two years she promoted as Charge nurse in same floor.she was always good team player and willing to take care patients and good resource person for other staff on the floor.she remained in this position for next 3 year, while holding this position she gained oncology certification (OCN) to increase her expertise in particular specialty .on same time she was active member in unit based council. Eventually she decided to do her RN-BSN online from Phoenix university while she is full time worker. After receiving BSN, she was offered position of unit based council -chair of hospital. She accepted that position while hospital was striving get magnet recognition. She said she enjoyed that position, where she collecting all issues and concern about standard of patient care and their proposal to overcome problem from bed side nurses and bring to attention of high authorities and was conducting sharper governance workshop. After 2 years she took next step and accepted position house supervisor. She revealed that her passion is always go back to Oncology floor.
Graduate Education
My interviewee obtained her masters nursing in administration at the university of Phoenix , Arizona in 2014.Concentration in administration prepared her to become leader in field of nursing administration. Advance nursing theory and research provided foundation for nurse leaders in field of nursing administration. She admits that, it never been easier. It took huge amount of time and commitment and education. Online option was most efficient and that’s route she pursued.
