In some cases, products or service requirement originate from customer requirement Quality is known to be for products and services have a purpose its satisfying and it has its expectations from its consumers. It is also known to have excellent or go beyond expectation with products and service for the consumer. Quality is for the consumer to believe that all products and services are used for a good purpose, and its intended use. Many of the products and service are intended for competition with other companies and organizations. thereby creating a common link to customer-driven quality, but the focus of the culture is on the quality of the product or service".(What is Quality 2009). There is also employee satisfaction which means that a corporation or an organization is able to take care of its employee's needs so that they can be worry free and only worry about the customer or the consumer. Having employee satisfaction is a primary measure of success for a company or an organization. There are a few elements for quality.
· Quality is meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
· Quality applies to products, service, consumers, and the environment.
· Quality is an ever-changing state. Which means that what quality is considered to today many not be considered tomorrow or in the future.
It is said that "quality is a dynamic state associated with products, services, people, process, and environments that meets or exceeds expectations and helps produce superior value".( Goetsch and Davis 2010). People, products, services, and the environment all make the elements of quality. With quality is what make the product to be defined by the consumer, and to be known how much of a value a products has.
