20-21 August 2011 was days which I can’t forget for the rest of my life because of the experience and values that I gained during the night. First of all I love dancing in the rain with friends, and feeling like kids again with no problems and pressure in life. It is one of the most relaxed days of my life, one of the unforgettable days which will I treasure until I am in the tomb. Even though we don’t have such good smell we still enjoyed the vigil because of the willingness to learn and to experience different values education from priests, lays, and many more. I am not new to vigil because I am a member of YMC (Youth for Mary and Christ), we do it every month but I experienced happier because of the different games that they give us. I am also happy because of millions of youth gather in the world to celebrate world youth day. I watched pope’s speech and I am delighted because even there are heavy rains and wind he still continue his speech of thanks to us youth in attending the vigil. One of the most striking speeches for me is Bishop Chito Tagle’s. I am only watching him on television but in the same day I see him personal. I also saw player Chris Tiu and musician Jimmy Bondoc which he sung an inspirational song “saranggola sa ulan”. I also enjoyed the wave which acc. To bishop chito is passing of Jesus Christ from one student to another. I am also happy because I saw my former teacher which is now a deacon. He is facilitating the confession. Singing and dancing as a sign of praise is epic you are enjoying at the same time praising Jesus Christ. “Chosen generation” was an unforgettable song because it was the first time for me to dance in the rain. Last but not the least is the holy rosary and the holy mass.
