Millions Of people suffering from different psychological disorders, it is important to detect early disorders symptoms to assure possible treatments some of the known disorders are following:
2 Post-traumatic disorders is a growing common mental disorder that arises from enormous amount of stress. People suffering from this order are the commonly soldiers and people have past experience (cause) of domestic abuse, rape, terrorism and war. Symptoms of Post-traumatic disorders are experiencing flashbacks which the past events seems to happen again and again even in long time and repeating nightmares of the incident. Feeling of detachment and avoiding places or people that could had trigger the feeling of the past incident. Treatment of this disorder can be therapy based and medicine based. Therapy involved is talk therapy, wherein a psychiatrist will talk to the patient in a very calm setting. The doctor will help guide the patient thru its feeling about the traumatic event. Patients are encouraged to face or express the feeling, hence over time, will make the past traumatic experience more acceptable and less frightening.
3 Another psychological disorder can be term as Eating Disorders; there are three types of eating disorder; anorexia, bulimia and binge eating. Individual suffering from Anorexia eating disorder is often thinks that they are fat even they are not, and starve themselves to the point of starvation. Bulimia nervosa can be characterize as individual eat large amount of foods then cleanse or wash out by making themselves vomit or using laxatives. And the third is binge eating, individuals have out of control eating. Most of these disorders eating condition are triggered (causes) by depression due to bullying, or anxiety. Symptoms can be clearly be determined by physical nature of a individual, either too fat or too thin. Treatment can be done in consulting a psychiatrist, including diet education and advices.
Another mental disorder is bipolar, study suggest many individual doesn’t realize that they have this order until in later age, being bipolar means a individual is experiencing one emotional extreme to another, for instance, from being happy and becomes feeling depressed in a sudden moment, The cause of bipolar is still unknown but may happen individuals ages 15 and 25. There is no clear clause but possible causes are childbirth, medicine with anti depressants, drug abuse and insomnia. 5 The warning sign are easily distracted from its surroundings; don’t sleep much or little need of sleep, poor temper management, and lack of self control such as drinking alcohol.. Some major symptoms that can lead to serious health problem are lack of energy or too fatigue even without doing much activity, thoughts of suicide or losing hope to a lot of things, difficult on remembering a past scenario or making decisions and lastly, eating problems such eating too much or being obese and losing appetite.
