Why should motivate employees ?
In the market economy, enterprises now take on fierce competition, businesses must compete not only with products, technology or marketing, etc, but also a factor that plays an important role as decision to the success or failure of every business is the organization's personnel. So how do the members of the company has always been making effort to work most efficiently? The purpose of which is where the problem here is also fairly new in the business for many companies only focus on profits and marketing plan, but we still have to follow certain general rules that is the trend of that world, wanting to build housing from the foundation, and motivation of the staff is there. I used to work as a " Search Engine Optimization " in Google , where I earned not only specialized knowledge for myself but also gave me the experience of making motivation in personnel. After that I continue the study career in the MBA program at James Cook University, Singapore. Under the guidance of Dr. Helan Gamage, I was offered more theories to develop skills in future. My lectures were very clear to help me know how to motivate the employees, moreover, i had plenty of time to practice them in tutorial class of Ms. Jaime Wong. It helps me to encourage my team in the group presentation.
There are also many scientists around the world have studied this issue to bring success to the common economy, in particular: Maslow's theory of needs. I will explain the motivation employees based on the "Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs" .

Theory Maslow's hierarchy of needs
According to A.Maslow (1908-1970 - American psychologist), human needs in can be illustrated in a hierarchy from lowest to highest. When a team needs are satisfied, the demand for this kind was not required anymore, but moved to the upper level:

The model has identified almost as basic needs of human is changing to a higher level, making for managers to constantly changing value system for companies consistent with the needs of staff. Maslow identified essential needs of human beings are physical needs, which plays an important role, if the companies do not meet the minimum requirements for staff, the employees definitely will not be able to maintain their life which are synonymous not to work for the company anymore .
It requires the organization to always determine reasonable salary, not to leave at a low level compared with the average of that society, because it does not created incentives for employees to work. When social
