THE PROBLEM
This study will assess the level of effectiveness of the BFP Fire Prevention Program of Dalaguete Cebu for SY 2014 as basis for an enhanced fire prevention program.
Statement of the Problem
1. What is the Socio-demographic profile of the fire officers of Dalaguete Fire Station in terms of;
1.1 age and gender;
1.2 highest educational attainment;
1.3 length of service;
1.4 BFP personnel rank; and
1.5 Relevant seminars and trainings attended?
2. What is the level of effectiveness of the fire prevention program of Dalaguete Fire Station in terms of;
2.1 Responsible enforcement of the BFP Code;
2.2 Qualifications of Technical Staff;
2.3 Inspections;
2.4 Fire Safety Measures; and
2.5 Provision of Fire Safety constructions, protective and warning systems?
3. What are the common problems met by the BFP personnel in implementing Fire Prevention Program?
4. Based on the obtained findings, what proposals can be formulated?
