Working descriptions:
• Responsible to Vice President in case of all about IT Operation
• Control and manage IT Operation to support daily operation
• Control and manage database, OLTP, data and information needed by users
• Plan, do, check and evaluate recovery planning, security and performance
• Calculate and plan IT budget for 5 years
• Control and monitor CAPEX and OPEX monthly and yearly
• Improve IT operation through analysis and study to issues, business needs, current business process, create IT plan, and provide IT solutions.
• Transform user need to IT services
• Manage IT Operation projects
• Manage daily issues with helpdesk
• Manage and control working relation with vendors in case of database, Oracle E-BS and Warehouse applications, hardware in terms of agreement contract.
Position Title (Level) : Head System, DBA and System Administrator
Period : 2007 – 2010
Working descriptions:
• Responsible to MIS Manager in case of system application (Oracle ERP and WMS)
• Response any user requirement, provide solution by setting up new flow process, procedure or develop new reports to existing system applications.
• Setup, monitor and tuning oracle 9i and progress database.
• Setup, maintain and monitor Oracle EBS application 11i and warehouse management system.
• Response any users problem oracle database and IBM machines in case of performance issues.
• Setup, maintain, and monitor availability storage space on AIX, it's growth and estimate for additional.
• Design and setup IBM Tivoli backup system, create backup's schedule, assigning job to staff to regulating tapes rotation following the schedule.
• Monitor, handle or escalate any issues related all with Oracle application and IBM product to reducing delay process or down time.
• Monitor and handle any issues related with warehouse management system or escalate to vendor.
