INTRODUCTION
With the channel length of the MOSFET set to fall below 10nm by 2020, silicon based technology will reach its limits. With the miniaturization of silicon based circuits reaching its physical limitations new technology is constantly being researched upon in a bid to mitigate the problems caused by the limitations and to provide with a solution that can coherently coexist with the existing silicon technology.
