Sin Yuan Enterprise Sdn Bhd was founded in 1976 and has since evolved into a key player in the machinery industry in Malaysia. Today, their core business is in the manufacturing, import and distribution of machinery and equipment. Through its six subsidiaries, they provide a comprehensive range of machinery and equipment ranging from food processing, power tools, to agriculture and construction equipment that serve multiple industries. Product Line/Differentiation

After Sales Service - They believe that closing a deal is only the first step and not the last. Their products come with manufacturers’ warranty and will be serviced/ repaired free of charge in the event of a manufacturing defect during the warranty period. This is because they believe and understand the importance of providing good after-sales services and provide on-site and off-site maintenance service to their customers. With more than of 25 staff in their service team including highly skilled technicians, and an effective job tracking system, they are able to ensure service jobs are carried out on time and systematically.

At the back-end, the after sales service personnel are supported by a group of professional engineers to provide the most consummate and comprehensive after-sales services to customers. Furthermore, they place great emphasis in maintaining sufficient level of wear and tear parts for all machines at all times to ensure unrivalled after sales service.
