Elegimos Event Solutions Sdn. Bhd. and Part Timer Agreement Letter
Elegimos Event Solutions Sdn. Bhd. part time staffs is required to sign this agreement letter for confirmation and acknowledgement of their temporary / fixed part time job with our company.
This is to ensure all benefits, rules, terms and condition to be met and confirmed by 2 parties between promoters and above said company. Any roles, benefits and part time promoter’s remuneration will be stated clearly to avoid misunderstanding or argument in the future by both parties.
Roles of Part Timers / staffs:-
- Must arrive to working venue Punctually :-
Venue: SS15 & SUNWAY MENTARI____________________________________________
Working Date: 30 Oct & 6 Nov 2015____________________________________________
- Every day after work must snap picture of the sales report and whats app to PIC (person in charge).
- The attendance forms / report must be sent after project end by scan or email or pos laju or drop to Elegimos office. [SCOTT GARDEN BLOCK C 12-33, JALAN KLANG LAMA, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia]
- Return all working items (t-shirt, props & etc) completely to PIC by pos laju or drop to Elegimos Office after project end.
Benefits / Remuneration of Part Timers, Promoters, and Staffs etc.:-
- Basic salary of RM_110___ per day.
- Commission / Incentive will be given if target hit.
- Payment term is 1 month, counting start from End of the Month of the project ends.
Example: Project end on 17/1/12, payment will be ready during early of March (bfr 15th of the month).2 weeks adjustment to arrange cheque bank in to your account.
- Please check the Elegimos Event Agency Fan page wall, announcement will be made once the payment has banked in.
Penalties:-
- Penalty of RM150 will be deducted from salary if last minute job cancellation or sudden none attendance. Information / holiday application must be informed or done 3 working days before the job.
- Penalty of RM50 will be deducted from salary if attendance forms, report & working items do not return to PIC / Elegimos company in 5 working days after end of the project.
- Immediate or direct dismissal of work if any misconduct found or did not follow instruction / rules & regulation set by Elegimos Event Solutions Sdn. Bhd.
