The Weapons of mass destruction are that can destroy the lot of humans of the world and also destroy to structures by man made such as, natural structures, buildings, mountains even the whole world. Many states still working and developing on the expansion and proliferation of heavy weapons. The expression “weapons of mass destruction” has been force over the cooperative thoughts of people all around the world and the cause the recent horrifying incidents such as the subway of Japanese attack applying Sarin nerve agent, the abortive Russian hostage release at the theater of the Moscow using fentanyl, and also hazards from North Korea and the state of Iraq for apply of the different variety of weapons in which mostly chemical and biological. Whereas the majority of the people would understand the term as a nuclear collective, biological and chemical (NBC) weapons, may not be technically right. Although a warhead or nuclear bomb would really bring about mass destruction, the scope of different application of chemical weapons, in particular, may be very limited, and this limited to one individual. Every weapon of mass destruction may not cause spread the damage. It can also defined as that, the weapons which destroy and kill human beings in many ways more horrifying than trauma or bullets, and also destroying or damaging the objects and buildings and others, these are the factors of panic or fear.

Weapons of mass destruction can easily eliminate and destroy the very huge population in a very short period. The major range of WMD is radiological weapons, atomic weapons, biological weapons (pathogens and natural toxins) and chemical weapons (like, poison gas). These countries are also demanding to get the means to sale these heavy weapons, like unmanned aerial vehicles, ballistic missiles and cruise missiles.
Not only countries, even terrorists and activists possess these types of weapons of mass destruction for threatening or frightening attack at any place and are very common in present days. An example, the very familiar terrorist and leader of Al-Qaeda, Osama Ben Laden, have straightly stated himself in the favor of these ideas of weapons (Mockaitis, 2010, 76-79).
