Look back on your life over the last ten years

“Ring ring…” The alarm clock is ringing to wake me up in a summer morning, 2020. I open my eyes and

turn off the clock, take a look around and see what I have archived after 10 years from my starting-

point: the decision to apply for MBA program offered by Delaware State University. There were

challenges and obstacles, but I have overcome them all. Still there under my foot is the long-challenging

path, but I know if there is a will, there is a way for me.

My first major change occurred in 2013, right after the graduation from MBA-DSU program. I changed

my job into a business-oriented department to practice what I have learnt from the program. I felt

comfortable and ready for this change because I have learnt new skills and business processes;

moreover, it provided me a new way to look at my world. It is proven to be the right decision. Time

passed by, and I applied my skill and knowledge to solve problems. Furthermore, I practice my strategic

thinking and leadership skill. This skill played an important role in my further steps of my career.

My second major change occurred in 2017, after 4 years working in banking-business field; I decided

to start my own business specialized in banking software and solution. At first, it wasn’t easy to move

from a big bank with stable salary to an own business. After nights struggling, I decided to become my

own boss. I also anticipated some obstacles will come along my way. But the reality
