In this report, we will be talking about the two successful and outstanding managers. First manager: Sheila Lirio Marcelo, CEO of Care.com. Sheila Lirio Marcelo is a Filipino-American entrepreneur and the founder of Care.com, a website which provides services to find caregivers.The website’s objective is to help families select child care, tutoring,housekeeping and etc. Pre Screened profiles, monitored messaging, background checks are shown on the websites as reference to their customers. Marcelo is one of the few female technology entrepreneurs to raise more than $35 million in venture capital funding.

Second manager: Terry O'Connor. He is the CEO of Courts Asia, the largest retailer of consumer electronics and home furnishing in the Southeast Asia region. In 1993, Terry was hired by Courts to spearhead its acceleration into the electrical retail market in Singapore. He became the CEO in 2007. This article mentions about Courts when it was at it’s worst and how Terry O’Connor brought it back to stability.
