In the short-run: We ensure jobs for trainees
In the long-run: We continue to ensure jobs for trainees, organize personality recovery classes for them, and organize group activities for trainees.
2. Do you think planer is an important role of a manager? Very important!
II. Organizing and Staffing
1. When there’s a job vacancy, how do you fill it? I assign employees who have similar functions before finding replacements.
2. How do you divide the amount of work among your staff members? Based on the functions and duties, weekly, monthly and yearly plans.
3. What kind of issues do you discuss with employees? Quality of work, assigned tasks, and difficulties
4. When do you feel the need to fire an employee? When they do not complete their assigned tasks, have no spirit of learning, poor sense of organization and discipline, and no responsibility at work
5. What does you offer and require to applicants before they are admitted to a job?
Offer: Work, remuneration, salary and bonus
Require to accept the difficulties of duties
III. Leading
1. How do you ensure that your employees perform to their maximum? Use right people, motivate them, apply remuneration policies, and exploit the capabilities of employees
2. What kind of conflicts or discrepancies have you had to deal with and what did you do? Ensure assigning work correctly and sufficiently and workplace relations should be clear
3. How often do you communicate with your superiors and what prompts you to do that? When I have difficulty in handelling jobs which are not clear, and over my given authorities
