Part one: Reflection
It is required to testify whether creating, learning and innovating lead to competitive advantage. To do so it is essential to have a good understanding of each of these words meaning. Competitive advantage “refers to a company or organization having an advantage over its competitors as a result of offering lowers prices, providing greater value or simply offering superior benefits for the consumers”. Creating “is a process of generating new ideas which drives an organization to subtilize something useful and new”. Innovating is coming up with different tactics to do things. Learning can simply be defined as acquiring knowledge (Business dictionary, n.d.).
