The original problem of damages to equipment causing additional expenses through work delays, stoppages and extra maintenance and repair costs seems to have multiple fixes. For all fixes, some stakeholder will have a degree of low acceptance. The 3 main stakeholders are: the owner, the clients, the employees.

Ultimately the owner is the largest stakeholder and has the greatest impact on the final solution as well as the greater degree of acceptance required. This is due to the amount of financial impact any solution will have on the business. The clients have a stake in that the time involved to implement might affect the quantity and quality of work being completed. I have discounted this as not overly material to the final solution. Or, their acceptance is not necessary for implementation. The owner/manager will ensure the level of commitment to individual clients does not wane. I identified the application of the solution as a High Quality Low Acceptance and as potentially a High Quality High Acceptance decision. The level of acceptance could swing either way primarily because of the human factor involved. Specifically, the owner adapts with full support of employees as they recognized the benefits to them in going along with the new program. Or the employees don't accept the new training program and the results have a negative impact.
