Employee Portfolio: Management Plan
Each of the employees has their individual strengths and weaknesses. For each person their effect on the company would be different depending on the position they are placed in and the amount of responsibility and interaction they have.
When making decisions Ron is deliberate in his methods and the way that he thinks things through. He is capable of making decision quickly but would rather take the time to go through his process step by step to make the best possible decision. He is not impulsive so decisions will not be made on a whim rather with information and facts that matter to him regarding the matter. He is engaged fully with his job and finds it both inspiring and rewarding. He welcomes a challenge and thrives on finding a solution. He is a very positive person that can be infectious to be near. His energy towards his job and the company will help push other employees in a positive direction. He can influence others to do their best and help them to achieve their personal goals within the company.
Adrianna is not a deliberate person all of the time but she is when it matters. She is fully capable of making a decision right away and will if the decision is an easy one or at least one that does not have the possibility of a negative effect on the company. If she is working on something that truly interests her she will fully engage herself but if not then she will do what is required rather than what she is capable of doing. If she finds something to not be interesting she will be easily distracted and may slack in her responsibilities. She has her ups and downs emotionally but is generally a positive person. When she is feeling positive she can be a determined driving force and will push forward to accomplishment. However, when negativity is the stronger mood she will give up and become frustrated when she does not understand something.
