Executive Summary:
We will discuss Steve Arnold case which he is a production manager in Acme manufacturing company and mistakes he mad as manager and what should be done to avoid those mistakes and how it’s not easy to lead a team or group. Leadership is the most studied aspect of business and organization because it is the one overarching topic that makes the difference between success and failure spicily in Steve case. At times it may seem overwhelmingly complex, but by focusing on some fundamentals.
In Steve case there is matters raised from the case, in the case of Steve Arnold Specific things that he did wrong put him in a bad situations and led him to face some big problems with his work as he did not follow the leadership steps and concepts, if he did some of this steps he might have avoided this issues.
The leader is the inspiration and director of the action. He or she is the person in the group that possesses the combination of personality and leadership skills that makes others want to follow his or her direction.
Leadership critical to every company. Workers need someone to look to, learn from and thrive with.
Every leader has their own style and strategy. Further, leadership styles and methods vary because of outside influences and personal challenges.
