- Direct the daily GLC’s DC planning and operation to meet customers’ standards and requirements
- Make sure cooperation between customers and company goes well
- Ensure that all the staffs follow the company code of business conducts; demonstrate good company governance and high standard of integrity
IN-HOUSE LOGISTICS SERVICE AND CONSULTANCY
- Lead the taskforce team (BD, BSIT, Operation, Finance, Infrastructure Acquisition team) to expand in-house logistics service to FMCG, Retail, F&B, Hi-tech, ... clients as well as proposal preparation, implementation and transferring.
BUSINESS + PRODUCT INNOVATION AND DEVELOPMENT
- Jointly promote customer relations, acquire new business, develop existing client bases and lead the account management
- Co-direct the business solutions process (tender analysis, solution design, costing and service offering)
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in order to identify new business opportunities (acquisition candidates, new services, business partners, etc.)
- Consult company on strategic logistics business development and implementation.
OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE
- Co-lead the continuous improvement of contract logistics operations including warehousing, distribution, transportation, cross docking.. by implementing standard processes, standard IT applications and operational control systems (KPI)
- Leading and Involving in Logistics Human Resource Capability Development
- Leading and Involving in Developing IT solutions and innovations, which can drive competitive advantage and business growth.
GLC’s STRATEGIC PLANNING
- Jointly develop GLC’s business strategy in terms of Operation Capability, Customers Expertise and Experience, Supply Chain Solutions
CONTROL OF FINANCIAL RESULT
- Create and monitor the annual DC Network budget, initiate corrective actions in case of deviations
HUMAN RESOURCES
- Select, recruit and continuously review the performance of logistics key staffs
