Target marketing
After market segmentation, our target included to all students, managers, administrators, associate professional, and clerks. We believe that those target customers can let us gain enough profitable.
As the student, the watch is their basic need. They need use the watch to check the time, so that they can go to school on time. In addition, they love using watch to serve as a foil to their school uniform. Although they do not have a large purchasing power, but they think it is their basic need, so they we buy it as well.
Managers, administrators, associate professional and clerks. Those people have a high purchasing power than students. It can say that the watch is almost important jewelry for them. It can shows that their status, because different places they wear different watch.
We decide started to promote our products prior to Christmas to regard as the targeted occasions. We can to make use of a festival to promote our products as a gift, such as given by the lover send the gift to each other, the parents to their children and so on.
Moreover, when the consumer buys our product, we contributed HKD50 of each watch to HONG KONG FEDERATION OF HANDICAPPED YOUTH.
At last, as we targets the whole market with one offer. Therefore, we will be serving the customer by differentiated marketing.
Distribution (Place)
We decided to sell our product at International Finance Centre (IFC), SHATIN, and Pacific place. As our company already has shop in these places, therefore, we open a new shop near by it. The customers can find our new shop more easily. Moreover, these three places except for the local consumers, many traveler loves go there for shopping. We can attract some consumers who are having a high purchasing power to buy our product. As we mention that we decide started to promote our products prior to Christmas, so that we can gain an extra profit.
