The Product that TelePacifc offers is high quality, dependable, and affordable internet, voice and data services to small and medium sized companies. The biggest reason TelePacific says you should choose them over the competitors is not only because of how well the product is but, because they are convenient and has outstanding customer service. The key benefit of the products offered is that it maximizes efficiency and is adaptable to expansion and growth. The target for TelePacific is small and medium sized businesses. The advantage to choosing TelePacific over their competitors is that all their T1 lines and data cables as well as infrastructure is all company owned and is not share with other firms. This makes it possible for them to better manage their service and eliminates things like usage fees and reduces cost to the clients.
Competitors like AT&T offer many services like cellular phones and residential service as well as their commercial endeavors, which can sometimes depreciates the level of customer service one may get do to so many customers requiring attention. At TelePacific our only focus is the business clients that we have and we are dedicated to and invested in their success. For AT&T to lose the business of a small company the effect to the bottom line would be almost a whisper. At TelePacific our customers are an investment and the means for us to grow as well and are treated as part of our family. That is the advantage of choosing us over the “other” guy.
The target market I believe my company should focus on with its promotional efforts is small and medium sized businesses that are starting up and in their infancy. This will not only make it easier to build a relationship between the organizations but also make it harder for other companies to steal that market in the future.
My primary message to the target market would place emphasis on being with you all the way and making the success of their business the success of our business.
