Discuss how the ‘Equity of Contribution’ policy shaped your behaviour as a team in contributing to the Group Portfolio during weeks 4 to 7.

• Because of eoc, stated black and white, clear of our responsibilies and punishment which is agreed upon drafting eoc

• Expected to turn up for every lesson and meetings, unless valid reason, this guideline reminded us to responsible (for our own action &) to our team mbrs and not suddenly go mia

• Buddy system which is implemented from week 4 onwards, which allowed maximum efficiency during grp meetings not having to repeat what was discussed during class when mbr is not around & also to make sure that the work progress is not being delay

• Every mbr must contribute, shldnt criticize, must respect, more ideas are thrown out and discussed, no one is detached from the group during meetings as all are generating and building on ideas

• Individual must complete own task before stipulated deadline otherwise treat dinner, made us more aware of what we are required of and prevent being a social loafer!
