Introduction
This assignment gives us broader view of behaviour in organisation and multiple factors shaping the organisational behaviour. It also covers the behaviours with in the organisations(individual and Group).
In this assignment iam going to analysis my team in respect to organisational culture and the Organisational Structure against theories and Model given by the popular researchers.

UBS Investment Bank is one of the largest Investment Banks in the world.
UBS is also into Wealth Management business along with Investment Banking.
It’s located in the different locations across the region.
The head office of UBS is situated in Zurich. And it is also located in London,
New York, Singapore, Switzerland.
UBS has off shored its business to many countries. It is working in three different regions like EMEA, US, APAC
Example: India (Hyderabad, Banglore), China , Hong kong and Singapore

The Field of study that draws on theory,Methods and Principles from Various disciplines to learn about individual's Perceptions,values,learning capacities and actions which working in groups and with in the organization and to analyze the external environment's effect on the organisation and its human resources,missions, objective and strategies.
