) What is the major buyer behavior Observations?

A) The main buying behavior observation that were seen the case are

• Among the toys maximum customer i.e 22% buys riding

• In the case bulk purchaser of toys were parents i.e 72%

• After doing the marketing research on 6000 females after getting 2341 valid return it is found that 43% usually purchased from discount stores and 45% were never purchased from super market

• Also among the parents major buyers are wives which accounted for 63.2%

Q2) For purchasing ATV whose role is crucial (Child or mother).

A) In the case it is mentioned that in the purchase decision process parent plays a crucial role

72% of the toys were purchased by parents in comparison to child which is only 6%

Also among the parents mother plays a important role. in the exhibit 4 it is mentioned that 63.2% the purchase decision process were taken by mother. Also the company motto was “the real success lies in our ability to think as a mother would” but the whole purchase decision making process of toys is backed by the child who influences the purchasing decision of the parents.

Q3) Is there any difference between parents and non-parents buyer behavior related to purchase decision process of Toys

In case of parents buyer behaviour related to purchase decision process of toys the decision makers maker the influencer will be the child who influences the purchase decision of the parents

In case of nonparent buyer behaviour related to the purchase decision process of toys the influencer may or may not be the child for ex if someone gifted the toys at the child birthday the both the influence and decision maker is nonparent that gifted the item.

Q4) Should ATV be introduced? Justify your argument.
