AMLA compliant on client documents submitted during Account Opening process

Timely viewing of branch documents’ image by Head Office and regional units

Challenges

Procedural (e.g. unread advisory, request for resending list of customers and accounts, delayed submission of RSA for their respective CSRs, unfamiliar of docs to scan & how to scan docs)

Un-updated account documents of clients

Lack of manpower to perform the scanning job

User claims inability to operate DocuWare despite the Visual Job Aid provided

Denies reporting

DocuWare’s irregular connection problem due to the applied DBFix to minimize the profiles within DocuWare (already reported to the vendor)

Missing User ID previously defined by ISMD due to DocuWare’s limitation to handle multiple User Administrator updating database
