THE FINAL ASSIGNMENT FOR PDP, BLOCK 3

Submission date:  6 November 2015, 9am, upload to N@tschool

For your final portfolio you need to:

1. Complete again the Creativity, Big Five and EQ on-line tests and then chart on one page results from block 1 and 3

1. Write a final reflection report.  This report should be approximately 3-4 pages long, and include the following:

1. Based on the assessment results in block 1 and 3, your observations and feedback you received from others, analyze the changes you observed, if any, in yourself from September until now by explaining them and citing examples to support your claims
2. A summary of what you have learned about yourself through the PDP program.
3. Review the development goals you set, and steps taken towards these goals. How was that process for you? Did the strategies you used work for you? What were the successes and challenges overall? Were you satisfied with the results? How did the peer coaching process work for you?
4. -What are the development goals that you need to continue to work on?  How will you do this?

In addition to this report, you should include two coach reports and the workshop assignments ** in your portfolio.  Please read the assignment checklist below for additional information regarding the work to be done and the structure of the portfolio.

Include answers to the following 2 questions

-Most important thing you took from this workshop

-Which strategies for conflict resolution we discussed will work for you/ you can use in resolving your future conflicts?

3. Career tools 101

-Include the lines you added to your CV, which you drafted from your shining moments

4. Presentation/Pitching

What were the three most important things you learned in today's workshop?  

5. Decision Making

Form filled in during class- review of a previous decision made

6.  Developing creativity

Mind Map + one potential focus area for developing your creative thinking

ASSESSMENT RUBRIC

Grades from 0 to 5.4

The essence of this grade range level work is that the student demonstrated a pattern of poor self-reflection skills and/or failed to do required work of the course. The student does not understand the basic nature of personal development, and in any case does not display self-reflective skills and active participation which are at the heart of this course. The work at the end of the course is vague, imprecise and lacks clarity. There is little evidence that the student is genuinely engaged in the task of taking charge of his or her learning. In many assignments it appears that the student simply going through the motions without really putting any significant effort into thinking his or her way through them.
