All the people have their own identity, which is who you are and how you relate to others. Identity could be one’s skin color, the language he speaks, the religion he believes in, and how he value things. Some identities couldn’t change during time, such as birth, and skin color, however some identities could change during time, such as language, religion, and culture. It can also be the ways one value things. Identity comes from your parents and the people around you. You may have the same religion and culture as your family does, and adapted the ways the people around you act and speaks. Identity also comes from how you view things. For example, some day you got a bad grade on a test, if you keep studying, then you will do well on the next test, but if you give up, maybe you’ll never get a good grade again. View things positively will gives you a positive identity and easy to blend into a new community, however view thing negatively will make others think you a passive person and you will loss many great chances, such as making new friends, gets a good job, even fails to find someone you love. Identity comes from what you want to be, such as choosing a career you like. You might share identities with others. People who share common identity are easier to become friends. You can recognize identity by one’s origin, skin color, culture, religion he believes, or language he speaks.
