Minutes of Executive Meeting held on Wednesday, 20 May 2015 at 8.45 a.m in the Kencana Meeting Room.

1.  Chairperson’s welcome address

The chairperson called the meeting to order at 8.45 a.m and welcomed all the members.

2. Apologise for absence

Apologies for absence were received from Ms. Linda Ariana(Secretary)

3. Special Business

3.1 Lack of innovation and creativity among staffs

      The chairperson informed the member about the problem regarding the decreasing of sales to

      the members. Innovation and creativity among staffs is the one factor that can increase the sales of

      the company. He urged the members to put forward some proposals.

      Mr. Nazrul said it was because the recruitment of new employees replacing the old employees.

      Ms. Deja added it also because the new employees just finish SPM and doesn’t have experience and  

      unmotivated. Ms. Intan propose to give some reward to motivate the new employees. This proposals

      was supported by Ms. Zuliana. She also suggested to invest on giving technical training or seminar

      and innovation exhibition to them.

      The chairman was agreed with the ideas but worried if the training doesn’t work. Mr. Nazrul confirm  

      the ideas that provided by Ms. Zuliana. Chairman give task to Nazrul to handle the problem.
