Problemorientierter Sportunterricht geht von der Annahme aus, dass wenn Kinder sich im Sportunterricht selbstständig mit Problemen auseinandersetzen, bestehende Lösungen in Frage stellen und versuchen, eigene Lösungswege zu entdecken, nicht nur die Bewegung durch Verstehen und Einsicht verbessert wird, sondern auch die Strategien der Zusammenarbeit gefördert werden. In dieser Arbeit wird in einem Prae-Post-Design das Vermittlungskonzept des problemorientierten Sportunterrichts bezüglich der Verbesserung der Bewegungsqualität per Kampfrichter und der Steigerung der Teamfähigkeit per Videoanalyse an Mädchen im Alter zwischen 6 und 13 Jahren einer Freizeitturngruppe untersucht.

This study examines the effectiveness of problem-oriented physical education with regard to the improvement of movement quality and team working skills of children. Girls aged 6 to 13 attending a gym class were surveyed over a testing period of 6 months. The results indicate, if children have to deal with problems, have to question existing solutions and seek own ones, their movement quality will improve by more due to better understanding and comprehension. Furthermore, they will better learn how to cooperate in small teams.
