Causes of College Stress

What is it that really causes stress for college student today? College is a new and exciting time, but it can be overwhelming among all of the new experiences, and learning and growing opportunities available in a college environment. Thus, colleges stress resources from three main causes: studying, financial and personal problems.
First and also the most common cause of college stress is studying. There are most of students who want to be better studying and get good marks, always make more effort into their studying. So they don’t have time to relax such as: participating in activities at location or school, joining leisure activities…. Besides, some of students have anxiety a lot about tests. They are worried about what is going to be on the test. And they think that they have not studied hard enough for the test. Therefore, they stay up all night to study that leads not to get enough sleep. As a result of pressure too much, they are easily stressed.
Second, many students in college have to deal with financial stress. Because parents of some students don’t have enough money to pay school fee, that students must find many ways so that they can have a lot of money to support their tuition. Moreover, they also have to care about cost of living. In the present, cost of living is increasing, so they usually are worried about spending money sensibly and saving.
