Many executive insurance benefits packages consist of vision plan, medical plan, and dental plan. Most of the companies arranged for employees to cover their benefit while the employer pays a set percentage, whiles other companies may cover the complete fee. Normally, information on every member on staff and his or her benefits package is stored and managed using various type of database system, which can be an electronic or a hardcopy paper file version.
