As I am working in Advertising field, We are alike a football team which team members and coach team have the same objective to win the game but not everyone has to be the one who score other team’s goal but to do their own duties like goal keeping, defending, ball holding, play making, chances creating, assisting, scoring or even tactical adjusting in different situation. Members in advertising agency are quite the same. We have client servicing teams, strategic planning team, insight analyzing teams, project managing or producing teams, creative teams, user interface/user experience or visualizing teams, copy writing teams, developers team and also back door teams like finance and accounting teams, human resourcing teams and administrators team. Everyone has to do their best in responsible areas to achieve the same goal as client’s objectives to achieve expected business results. “TIPS Innovation Profiling Method” is like a tools to make
- Everyone in the team to become aware of their own preferred thinking style, work style and lifestyle.
- Teams and leaders to become aware of each team members’ preferred styles, of how to best play as a team, and of the gaps or weaknesses in the team that need to be improved.
- The companies and team leaders to become aware of the different styles, and who among their staffs who naturally thrive on ideas and innovation.
- The companies and human resources team to become aware of how to acquire, optimally utilize and retain talent.
Or we can call it a tool to ‘put the right man in to the right job’ and ‘make the man to understand themselves’, considering by thinking and working styles.

We cannot judge any players from their mental style because it depends on what TIPS STYLES (think, work, interact and live) they are.
