I’m doing my interview on my co-worker, whom is a System Administrator Project Manager, Sharon Baker who has been employed with Leidos Company for 3 years. The employer she works for is Leidos Contracting Company for the US government Health care military. The organization of Leidos Company is located in Landstuhl, Germany based out of Virginia. Leidos Company displays a vision and mission as any other major companies that show value within the company. Sharon is a system administrator for the company. Her duties includes that she completes user accounts for new physician or health care workers, she gives them all the access to certain health care systems for their duties at the hospital. She works about 20 accounts a day and in the main time she also troubleshoots any hardware issues for employees that she has recently gave access to.
For brief information on the company, Leidos has three main values and beliefs: Inspired, passionate, and united. All three of the values have a significant meaning. Inspired to make a difference, Passionate about customer success and United as a team, even though this is a major company and located all around the world and in other countries, these values stand for each and every employee. Leidos very strongly support customer satisfaction as well as support. The Company served so many different types of job duties and different client, customer support that they stand strongly by their values and support them 100 percent.
Sharon states the Leidos company focuses on the needs of its customer’s security, health and engineering. Leidos is dedicated to delivering quality scientific technical products and services. A high ethical standard is essential to achieve

corporate goals. These behaviors define Leidos to suppliers, customers and stakeholders. These are one of her many focus that she acknowledges that’s why she stands by this company and her job roles. Sharon likes what the code of ethics represents and that the codes of ethics are for the customer service. She has to provide the standards describe Leidos responsibility to protect Leidos and customer assets, foster a safe and healthy work environment, deal fairly and honestly with the customers, third parties and public officials, conduct international business properly, report misconduct and protect employees from retaliation.
The Leidos Code of Conduct establishes the common rules, practices, and responsibilities employees are expected to meet. There are standard operating procedures, functional directives, and guidance provided to define authorities, definitions and steps to support rational decision-making and business conduct. “Behave as if reputation is everything because it is” (Leidos, June 2015).
