Kara Williams is an award-winning- author, Williams has been a newspaper reporter, magazine editor, and a corporate copy editor. As a graduate from Dartmouth, Williams is a very successful writer. She provides facts about how to eat right and what foods are necessary to maintain a healthy diet. As some people have views on what to eat, in order to maintain a healthy diet, other authors suggest other foods. I will use this source when I need to determine which foods are better.
