Below are a few of the sources I plan on using for my paper. Many of them focus on the same topics with a different perspective, but each one also discusses something that the other does not.

This article describes how factory farming is directly affecting our health. It talks about how factory farms feed the dead animals to the live ones. How our food is contaminated by all the antibiotics, hormones, and bacteria that has been given to the livestock. They also live in filthy conditions laying in their own feces and cages that are not cleaned.

This article focuses on the affects of animals housed in factory farms. The article explains how 900 million animals never actually make it to the slaughterhouse. They die on the farm due to stress, injury and disease. The death rates at factory arms are as high as 28 percent. It also talks about what you can do to minimize the production of factory farms and by reducing the amount of meat you eat from non-organic farms.
