Should teacher’s salary be increase double? Why do you think teachers should be pay more? Teachers should be pay more and the reason why because they work too hard for students to become who they are today. Most teachers pay for their own graduate school and ongoing professional training and over 92% buy supplies for their students out of their own pocket. As for me I’m not saying that teachers should be pay more like doctors or nurses but at least more than what they get. The average teacher salary in the United States for about 15 to 20 years of experience is about $55,000.Nearly half of all teachers leave the profession in their first five years because of the salary or block of support.
The way we pay teachers send a message to high achieving young adults about the viability of teaching as a lifelong profession. We have to make student who are in high school or college even those who are about to graduate from school they need to perceive teaching as an ambitious career just like medicine or law. The reason why teachers should be pay more first without teachers there’s know education second better teachers can hired if we pay teachers right than better teachers will be hired third graduation would increase. If we increase the teacher’s salary lot of students will graduate starting from middle school to college and university. If we want our country’s best and bright college graduate too see teaching as a desirable career than its time to offer pay incentive high enough to attract the talent.
