This book brings up some controversial questions such as: Was it a necessary response to the heinous crimes of the Third Reich?, how were Germany and the Germans capable of such extraordinary evil?, was the trial just, given the claims that the defendants were simply serving their country, doing as they had been told?
The author of the book, Eugene Davidson, is an Adjunct Professor of Biological Sciences at the Florida Atlantic University. The purpose of the book is to better educate people on German activity after the Second World War. There is definitely a detectable bias against the German party. This is evident when the Germans are cursed and spoke badly of. This book is written for someone who is interested in the Second World War from a historical point of view. It requires a High School level of understanding.
