choose their religion beliefs and practicing freely. Acually, religion served as integrative force in Malaysia society. Religions, whether is Islam, Buddhism, Christianity, or Hinduism offers certain ultimate values to hold must understand the meanings, respect, cherish and, content outlined in the Constitution, and historical background of the constitutional. National constitutions are set through people from all ethnic groups and a wide range of protocols. Moreover, the Constitution is the people's social contract. National constitutions determine the political and socio-economic status of the people.

The fourth principal “Kedaulatan Undang-undang” means Rules of Law. Justice is founded upon the rule of law. Every Malaysia citizen is equal before the law. Fundamental liberties are guaranteed to all citizens. These include liberty of the person, equal protection of the law, freedom of religion, rights of property and protection against banishment. The Constitution confers on a citizen the right of free speech, movement, religion(except malay people), assembly and association and this right may be enjoyed freely subject only to limitations imposed by law. The rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution do not include the right to overthrow the Government either by force or by other unconstitutional means. The Rule of Law is ensured by the existence of an independent judiciary with powers to pronounce on the constitutionality and legality or otherwise of executive acts.

The fifth principal, “Kesopanan dan kesusilaan” means Courtesy and Morality. Individuals and groups shall conduct their affairs in such a manner as not to violate any of the accepted canons of behavior, which include the abhorrence and rejection of any conduct or behavior which is arrogant or offensive to the sensitivities of any group. Besides that, No citizen should question the loyalty of another citizen on the ground that he belongs to a particular community. Moreover, courtesy also includes a very high standard of morality in our personal and public life. Besides that, a polite and good attitude can increase and improve discipline and lofty spirit and then establish a harmonious and peace society. Arrogant and offensive actions of others are bad and quiet shameful. Lastly, polite and good behavior is also an attitude that should have inside to ourselves and society.

Apart from that, implementation of national philosophy is the most important to promote unity, solidarity, peace and progress in Malaysia. That why government keep encourage primary and secondary school teach and spread the national philosophy to students like in assembly every Monday. Furthermore, school also can organize the national philosophy essay competition and have attractive reward, then students will be attract by the prize and take part in the competition and start to know about the national philosophy and the history.
