The three employees’ characteristics vary from one another, but have a few similarities that can help each of them to be successful within the company. The first employee, Hassan Parker, enjoys working for Riodon Manufacturing as receiving personnel. Hassan never misses a day of work and always able to count on him to do 110% every time. Hassan has no problem in solving difficult task that we throw at him; we allow him to use his own judgment in decision making so he can solve an issue. Hassan gets along with everyone in the company and willing to help others when need be. Even though the pay is less with all the work he has to do, I have noticed being one of his managers, Hassan shows his emotion of frustration. I encourage Hassan to continue to do a good job and to study more about the next position he plans to accomplish on reaching.
The second employee, Tameka Byrd, is the company’s quality team member who makes sure all products produce goes out with the up most quality. She enjoys the work atmosphere and the people she works around with. Tameka is always punctual to work and never have a complaint to report. Tameka engages herself to study more about the fabric that are being used on the products. She share to other employees so he or she can have a fully understanding why certain problems that occur or can occur happens. Were Tameka needs to improve at is her emotions. She allows people to know she is happy, frustrated, or sad. Being in this state allows others to take advantage of her.
The company’s third employee that has taken the self-assessment is Faith Woods. Faith has been working for Riordon Manufacturing going on four years as a temporary contractor. Her job title is graphic engineer auditor, whom quality checks what the designer produce for the customer needs when it comes to advertising their business. Faith is considered to be the team go to personnel when the work involves difficult task, she trains and share her knowledge
