In response to the questions it would be clear that after perusing the subject matter, Jack has planned first and foremost to meet and discuss with Emily and Harold to establish pay level policies before carry through any other strategic moves of formulating the compensation structure for new employees.
Alongside with those strategies also include Nutriment pay package that would allow new recruited employees to be attracted and retained both the administrative staffs and the scientists. In other words, establishing the right pay practices will help assure the recruitment process to scrutinize appropriate talent in place and thus, position Nutriment for more future success in sustainability of capable, talented and qualified staffing members and scientists.
The ideas and Pay structure proposed by Jack to the Nutriment, in particular to Emily and Harold reflected the Human Resource Management seamlessness in any such undertaking in Organizations, Companies, Governmental, or Non-Governmental as far as human resources, qualifications, talents are concerned. The main guidelines in any recruitment have always been Employees’ qualifications, talents and capabilities or perhaps skills. The other added value of Jack proposal and strategies, as far Human Resource Management is concerned, him(Jack) being able to hindsight that Nutriment is located in a geographic area rich with research institutions of higher learning and biotech firms that confidently would attract a good pool of talents if Nutriment offers are attractive to the scientists.
