An Interview with an Alien

Don’t think I am insane the alien what I am referring to is a foreigner who stay or pass by in our country.

I am quite overwhelmed with my experience interviewing a foreigner who stays in the Philippines. Although we just have our conversation through Facebook I still feel the warm and the sincerity of her answers and feedbacks.

My interviewee is Miss Emma Miranda from Norway. Norway is known to be a well- developed country. According to her she stayed here in the Philippines for almost 6 months. Why? She is a volunteer of a certain foundation aiming to help the poor. She said she stayed in Pangasinan and even visited Palawan.

When I ask Miss Emma about her stay in the Philippines here is her reply that makes my heart skipped for a moment for I felt happy and shocked “I really enjoyed my stay there the things I love the most is the hospitality of you Filipinos even smile in your faces even things are going wrong, I love the scenery your landscapes the beach in the coastal areas of Pangasinan and Palawan I plan to bring my family there for them to witness what I saw”.

The positive feedbacks from her make me even more proud of my country. Even she in case told me negative feedback I would still be proud of Philippines. I realized our country is appreciated not only by few but by many including the citizens of other country.
