About our group project plan, I think it is effectiveness. Because when we are making the lip sticks, we can fairly to allocate the work and follow our plan step by step to finish the lip sticks. In this project, our common goals are finished the lip sticks and distributes it to the people in need and bring the warm to the society. At the last, our goals only achieve a major part, because we don’t have enough time to attend the distribution section. But I think only join the lip sticks making section is enough to me, because in this section I had learned how to cooperate with my teammates. In the whole lip stick making procedure we haven’t occur any conflicts. That makes me feel successful and it means we have a well communication. Also, I had gained the experience of making lip sticks and I think I will use my experience to do the similar volunteer work in the future.

  Regards to the strengths of our team, I reckon the major strengths of both of us are active and willing to do the work. Also, both of us are friendly to adopt the teammates’ suggestions. It gives a big help to let us avoid the arguments. And our weakness is not concentrate enough when discussing how to make the lip sticks and making the lip sticks. So, I think maybe next time we can turn off the phones to avoid this situation occur again and make some small punishment to who is playing the phone.

  I think my strengths can aware throughout this project is I’m willing to adopt the opinion of my teammates and I was active to contact them to date a time to do the lip sticks to let our project will not procrastinate to too late to finished. And the weaknesses of mine are not punctual and not concentrate enough too. Therefore, I will sleep earlier last night to make sure that I can wake up earlier in project day and I will turn off my phone when we are doing the project.

  In the project progressing, there are some difficulties arise. First is the time, we are all busy in part time job and the homework. I think we can use the after school time or the break time to discuss our project plan. Second is the money, because we have not too many budgets to buy the materials to make the lip sticks, so we need to go to many shops to compare the price and use the lower cost to increase our outputs. Third is the place, because our homes are both not available to do the project and finally we choose to make our lip sticks in school. Fourth is the experience, because we don’t have any lip sticks making experience, therefore we had watched many demonstration videos in YouTube to learn how to make the lip sticks.
