Overview

This is the Web Development team of Escape Travel. The team works in 2-week agile ‘sprints‘ (work periods); with a set list of tasks known as ‘tickets’. After each sprint the team meets and looks back at what went well and what did not. In the meeting they also discuss about the reasons of success and failure and what can be improved in the next sprint etc.         

  1. Meeting Type & Purpose

It is a team meeting where the members of the Escape Travel web development team get together to talk about the tasks and accomplishments of the past sprint, the tasks for the next sprint and any required corrective actions needed to solve the issues of the past sprint. So this meeting type is the best way to meet the purposes of the team as it is quicker than email or any web app.  

  1. The Attendees

The attendees are the Team Leader, the Business Administrator, 2 Web Developers and The Web Designer.

  1. Selection of the attendees

The team leader, business administrator, web developers and designer are integral parts of the Escape Travel web development team. The business administrator attends the meeting because he is the one who takes care of the business operational and task management aspects of the team.
